All Chubbed Out

It's time to stop playing these games!  Time to get back in control of my eating, exercise and health.  Today I signed up for Bill Phillips 90-Day fitness challenge.  I intend to finish it.  I am starting this blog to write daily about my eating and exercise I will be doing over the next 30 days as well as the emotional and mental challenges I face as I begin this journey to the permanently healthy me!  Please follow along, if you like, but I'm really not writing this for you, I'm writing it for myself.  Self trust and self-confidence is built by making little promises to yourself and keeping them.  So I promise to track my food, water and supplement intake daily.  I promise to track my activity/exercise daily.  I promise to regularly record my weight, measurements and body image.
